先日、空手の昇級審査が行われました。
それぞれの道場生がこれまでの稽古の成果を発揮し、真剣な表情で審査に臨みました。
今回も、基本・型・組手のすべてでしっかり力を出し切り、無事に合格された皆さん、本当におめでとうございます！
🌸空手を続けるということ
空手を始めるきっかけは人それぞれ。
「大会で優勝したい」「黒帯を取りたい」「強くなりたい」「体を鍛えたい」など、目的は違っても、続けていく中で共通して得られるものがあります。
それは「心の強さ」です。
稽古を通して礼儀を学び、あきらめず努力を重ねることで、体だけでなく心も鍛えられていきます。
この積み重ねこそが、空手の真の魅力ではないでしょうか。

🥋 Karate Promotion Examination Held!
Recently, a karate promotion examination was held.
Each student demonstrated the results of their hard training and faced the test with serious determination.
Everyone gave their best effort in kihon (basics), kata (forms), and kumite (sparring).
Congratulations to all who passed the exam — your hard work truly paid off!
🌸 The Meaning of Continuing Karate
Everyone starts karate for different reasons.
Some want to win tournaments, some dream of earning a black belt, others simply want to become stronger or stay fit.
But through the journey, there’s something that everyone gains in common — mental strength.
Through regular practice, we learn discipline and respect, and by never giving up, we strengthen not only our bodies but also our minds.
This steady growth is what makes karate truly special.
